The 26th annual celebration — sponsored by the city, St. Peter Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, the El Cerrito Branch NAACP, and the West Contra Costa County Unified School District — is open to all and has a theme this year of “Still I Rise — Hands Up for Justice.”.
